PCS Design provides an initial complimentary one-hour consultation to discuss client need and establish scope of work. During this consultation, the client and designer will determine the most cost effective approach to accomplish desired outcomes. If the "fit" is right, a compensation schedule will be outlined using one or more of the following methods:
Method A: Retainer for Services:
PCS Design will require an initial retainer in an amount to be mutually determined. The retainer covers the estimated hours required to complete the project. Hourly rates start at $125/hour depending on the scope of work.
Method B: Purchase Price Plus Percentage:
PCS Design will make purchases on behalf of the client and invoice as follows:
- Design showroom purchases will be invoiced at designer discounts ranging from 25 - 30%.

Furniture purchased from retail establishments will be invoiced at our best price plus 20%.
